GOOOOOOOOOOOO STATE....

Pistol's Firing!!!!!

This past weekend Aidy-Pooh and I headed down to Stillwater to watch the OSU-Houston game! Despite the actual game we had a great time! Aiden's Pappy got a little tattoo for him to wear on his squishy soft cheek! We tailgated with lots of great food and beautiful weather! We even got to see Uncle Brett! Brett is now a sophomore at OkState and a Fiji! I was eager to find out how Aiden would do with all of the loud noises like the fans cheering and the band and the loud gun that Pistol Pete shoots, but he was so good! If he hadn't been so sleepy, I think we would have made it way longer than one quarter! Still, it's a start of many years of football I know!

We went walking around the stadium and had to get Aiden some new duds for the game! Mimi found this really cute little beanie. It looked like an old school football helmet! Maybe if it were winter!

Aiden with Mimi.

Here is Aiden with his Pappy! They had such a good time together! It was so funny though, after we went shopping for Aiden's new clothes...

We realized Pappy had on new clothes too! They had a little wardrobe change before kick-off! We bought Aiden this little onsie that says COWBOYS across the front, and this little reversible baseball cap! It's orange one way, and then you flip it inside out and it 's black! We had to flip up the lid because if we left it where it should be blocking the sun and such, he wouldn't look up! It was like a horse with blinders on! I didn't do it because I liked it (because I didn't) or because it's cool (because it's not) but we did get lots of ooh's and ahh's from the Cowboy Fans as we made our way to our seats! We had such a great weekend!

Labor Day Mini-Vacay...

We headed to Tamaha for Labor Day! We always have such a great time (and eat way too much) when we are there! We had to take Mr. Aiden down to see the chickens! He loves to watch them run around eating dinner! One time he managed to pluck a few feathers before anyone knew what was going on! He is a stinker!

Aiden's GG (GG is my mom's mom, Linda, Granny is her name for me and my cousins and she goes by the same name as my Great-Grandma Beatrice! GG) has lots of chickens and they give us lots of fresh eggs! They are so yummy! I think they are too cute! (and prehistorically creepy all at the same time)

Here is our boy in his FAVORITE team's shirt! We were rooting for the cowboys!

Aiden's game face!

He has turned out to be quite the animal lover! He loves doggies and chases them all over! He doesn't know what to do once he gets close enough to touch them! Once he learns what "gentle" means, maybe he won't instantly try to rip their hair out! (It hurts! I know from experience!) Now if he could only figure out how to get in the cage with her!

Maybe from the top?

GG's french bulldog Bella is a sweet girl and she licked his fingers when he got them inside the cage!

Random Fun...

Aiden really enjoys playing with all kinds of fun things! Here he is! He has finally mastered the drum Aunt Kathy and Uncle Rick gave him before he was even born! It only took 9.5 months!

He has to get everything situated!

He also loves his Fridge Farm! Trying to eat his Fridge Farm is more like it! The blue sheep is warm and fuzzy! Baaaaaa!

Another new fun game is crawling through our legs! Sometimes we don't know he is there until we almost fall over him! Personally, I love that diaper booty!

Fun In The Kitchen...

Our sweet innocent boy has cunningly figured out how to open the cabinet doors and dump EVERY SINGLE BOWL WE OWN onto the floor! He loves to scoot them around and tap them on the floor and listen to all of the wonderful loud scraping noises they make! He gets such joy from the little things! Don't mind the living room over flowing with toys, he just wants plastic bowls! He looks so cute playing with them though!

NOthing to see here mom! Just me playing with the bowls!

He also likes to try to eat them every now and then!

He is a quick little toot!

Bad Blogger...

Hello all! Just wanted to let you know that I have been really bad about blogging lately! Aiden has been sick along with Dillon, and we have been going non stop for the past month! I promise I will get pictures up this week so everyone can see my precious boy and how much he has grown. Sorry for "the nothing" that has been on our page for a while!!
